This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to start their own service-based business and begin freelancing. The course content is designed to teach the most in-demand skills that business owners (mainly online business owners) are looking for. By the end of this course you will have the knowledge to start your own service-based business and get your foot in the door of the online-work world where you will continue to grow in your skills through real job experience. 

The whole world is a mission field! The skills taught inside our course can be used by anyone to start their own service-based business and work online from anywhere — whether that’s abroad or your hometown. If you desire to join the mission field and support yourself financially then taking this course and getting your business going (because it will take time) is a great way to do so. If you desire to work from home this course will help you do so as well. 

This course is primarily designed to teach you online job skills so that you can start your own service-based business.  That means you will be working for yourself and getting clients (we teach you how to market your business, network online, and find clients) which is typically on a 1099 subcontractor basis. While we do have a module of 3 workshops inside the course on how to use the skills you already have to find a remote job with a company (as an employee) it is not the main focus of this course. However, the skills taught inside the course would definitely help you in your remote job search if you choose to work as an employee rather than as a business owner.

This course focuses on teaching online skills. Whether you are a believer or not, going through the course will help you work online. However, our community is built upon our Christian beliefs and our mission is to specifically empower men and women to work remotely to self-sustain themselves while on the mission field whether fully or supplementary along with support raising. 

No. You don’t have to go through the entire course before you start applying for jobs. If you feel confident in the skills and services you have to offer you can start applying for jobs right away.

No. You don’t have to offer all the services in this course to be hired. You can choose to niche down in any of these topics and only offer those services. If you don’t know what you want to niche down in, then you can offer a combination of a few different services. You will quickly find what you love and don’t love doing. What you end up loving and hating may surprise you. Ex: You do not have to brand yourself as a Virtual Assistant if podcast editing is all you want to do. Branding as a Podcast Manager is going to bring you only the clients in search of that service.
